The primary purpose of this project is to improve traffic flow through the I-95/Maury Street interchange during peak hours. The project will address current deficiencies in capacity, geometry and safety.
Proposed improvements include replacing the signalized intersections at the ramp to and from Maury Street at Interstate 95 with a single lane roundabout.
Benefits
Proposed improvements will eliminate prolonged periods of delays and improve safety within the project limits.
