- Four Accessible Pedestrian Signal crossings
- Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) curb ramp upgrades
- Flashing yellow arrows for left turns from Sudley Manor Drive to Seymour Road and Gambril Drive

Preliminary Engineering - $63,000
Right of Way Acquisition and Utility Relocation - $55,000
Construction - $542,000
Total - $660,000
This project is financed with federal Highway Safety Improvement Program funding.
At the intersection, Sudley Manor Drive averages up to 34,000 vehicles a day and Seymour Road averages 5,100.
