The purpose of this SMART SCALE project is to improve the geometric layout of the intersection of Route 639 (Ladysmith Road) and Route 738 (Partlow Road and Anderson Mill Road) to promote safety.
The project will reconstruct the intersection to improve sight distance, realign and flatten the horizontal curve, and provide a dedicated right turn lane westbound on Route 639 to Route 738.
