In Design: Dixon Street and Lansdowne Road Intersection Improvements

The project will build additional capacity at the Dixon Street and Lansdowne Road intersection. It will extend the southbound right turn lane on Dixon Street onto Lansdowne Road. The new right turn lane will be extended west to Oldfield Street. The project will also extend a right turn lane from eastbound Lansdowne Road onto southbound Dixon Street.

Benefits 

The project will improve overall safety and accessibility at the intersection. The FRED bus route on Dixon Street will also see reduced delays at peak service hours.
