Construction of Phase II of the Wytheville Connector Road, which will provide access parallel to I-77 and I-81 from Peppers Ferry Road (Route 610) and East Main Street (Route 11), wrapped up fall 2018.
Phase I of the road was completed in 2013 and provides access to Wytheville Community College and the Wytheville Meeting and Community Center.
Benefits
The project provides access parallel to the I-81/I-77 overlap, giving local traffic an alternate route to the interstate.
